Speeding School Buses

http://concerned resident (Registered User) _____ Avenue sees about 10 buses a day using it as a shortcut. They are often speeding. If school buses are also given a 10 mph enforcement threshold, like other vehicles, that means that they are allowed to go 35 mph on our residential streets. What standards are they held to? And what is there obligation when there are Slow Children signs? Not only are they putting children that are walking at risk, but they are teaching all the children that are on the bus that signs and rules and laws can be ignored. School department, please take note of this comment and respond. The audio on this recording is not good and we will see what we can do for future videos.

School bus drivers have been identified from the bus numbers and these issues will be addressed. Please contact me at any time.
